Artisan Gallery and Wine Centre

The gallery is housed in a former apple-packing shed from which owners Rudolf and Lisa also run their ceramics studio from the premises where visitors can see the artists at work most days. The gallery offers the work of artisans from Tasmania and other parts of Australia.

Tamar Valley Art Shack

A working art studio and gallery where you can meet and talk with the resident artist, Dan Villiers. You might even be lucky enough to arrive while Dan is at work, feel free to observe!
Located right on the waterfront in a converted beach shack, the Art Shack provides all the inspiration an artist could possibly need to create a masterpiece that might suit your living room wall perfectly.

Hillwood Berry Farm

All sorts of berries can be picked in season. Plus they make wines, liqueurs, jams, toppings, even beauty products all for sale at their premises.

Meander Valley Dairy

Double cream and a range of other dairy products made from milk farmed in and around the Meander and Tamar Valley’s are available from the Dornauf family’s Hillwood property. They also grow Driscoll strawberries which can be purchased in supermarkets throughout Tasmania.

Producer of wines and ciders, , cherries, apricots, nectarines, peaches, plums, apples, pears and a large selection of local gourmet products all available from their shed in Hillwood. They post news, specials and photos on their Facebook page.
